It is sad that missionaries and other Christian workers who work in rural areas put their children at risk. On a research trip to one of the rural villages in Northern Nigeria, it was discovered that the missionary kids had to travel about eight kilometers to the nearest school. When it rained, they stayed home because there was a river to cross and kids were known to have drowned on that river on their way to school. I was personally touched to learn from the missionary that his kids go to school for less than four months in the year. This informed the need for a Missionary Kids (MKs) school to arrest problem. Beyond this Muslim converts kids need sound education under a protected environment. In addition to this problem, there advent of HIV/AIDS has render many children parentless. No child should be deprived o high quality education because if circumstances that were not his/her making. The Missionary Kids and Orphans School offers high quality education at free or reduced cost. Key Benefits
